If your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. If your purchase becomes faulty shortly after purchase we will repair where possible or replace the faulty item.
Non faulty goods should be returned within 30 days of receiving the product. If the goods are received back in the new, never been used condition in which they were shipped, we will refund fully the price of the goods including shipping. Unless the reason for return is error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend you obtain proof of postage.
